Custom Injection Molding for Production-Ready Plastic Parts
Move from drawing to molded production with a plan built around your material, dimensional, assembly and delivery requirements. Yuming Molding supports custom projects with 50T-350T injection machines and tooling for 1-32 cavity molds.
Custom Molding Built Around Your Part Requirements
Every molding project starts with the part itself. We review the drawing, material requirement, functional features, dimensional needs, expected quantity and packing requirements before planning the molding route.
The goal is not to force every part into the same process. Mold structure, cavity plan and production arrangement should match the actual part and project requirements.
Start a Quick RFQ
Send your work email and key project details. Upload CAD, drawings or photos if ready. Our engineering team normally replies within 12 working hours.
Your drawings and project files are treated as confidential. An NDA is available on request.
Injection Capacity for Small Precision Parts to Larger Plastic Housings
Capacity and tooling are planned around part geometry, material behavior, output and the next stage of the project.
50T-350T Injection Range
Our production range includes 50T-350T injection machines, including Tederic D250 and D350 equipment.
1-32 Cavity Tooling
Tooling support covers 1-32 cavity molds, selected according to the part, material and planned output.
From Precision Parts to Housings
The production route can be planned for smaller precision components through to larger plastic housings.
Material Options Selected for the Application
Available materials include ABS, PC, PC+ABS, PP, HDPE, PA6, PA66, PA66 + GF20%, POM and TPU.
Material selection should be based on the part’s use, mechanical requirements, appearance, assembly conditions and drawing specification.
Plan Before Production Begins
A useful molding quotation needs more than a part image. CAD data, drawing requirements and project information are reviewed to establish a practical molding route.
DFM analysis is normally planned within 1-3 working days after complete project information is received. Mold construction is generally planned at 30-45 days, and the first mold trial at 35-50 days. Final timing depends on part design, material, mold structure and project requirements.
Dimensional, Assembly and Packing Checks Based on the Drawing
| Focus | How the project is planned |
|---|---|
| Dimensional control | General dimensions are typically planned at ±0.10-0.20 mm. Precision dimensions may be planned at ±0.05-0.10 mm. Final acceptance requirements are confirmed according to the drawing and part function. |
| Inspection | Injection molding inspection can cover dimensions, assembly and trial-sample checks based on agreed drawing and inspection requirements. |
| Export packing | PE bags, bubble film, cartons and pallets are available. Custom logo cartons, color boxes and foam inserts can be arranged when required. |
Questions Before You Request a Quote
What materials can you mold?
We work with ABS, PC, PC+ABS, PP, HDPE, PA6, PA66, PA66 + GF20%, POM and TPU. The final choice should match the part’s application and drawing requirements.
Can you support multi-cavity tooling?
Yes. Tooling support covers 1-32 cavity molds. The cavity plan is selected according to the part, material, expected quantity and production plan.
How are dimensions controlled?
Inspection is planned according to the customer drawing. General dimensions are typically planned at ±0.10-0.20 mm, while precision dimensions may be planned at ±0.05-0.10 mm.
What packing options are available?
PE bags, bubble film, cartons and pallets are available, with custom logo cartons, color boxes and foam inserts available when required.
Plan Tooling, Pilot Supply and Production Together
A custom injection molding project may begin with new tooling or a smaller validation run. Choose the route that matches the next decision in your project.
Plastic Mold Engineering and Manufacturing
For projects that require new tooling, review mold design, DFM, CNC and EDM machining, fitting and mold-trial support before production planning.
Low-Volume Injection Molding
For pilot runs, early orders or bridge supply before repeat demand is confirmed, consider a low-volume molding route.
