One Manufacturing Team from Tooling Review to Delivery
We keep the quotation, tooling, trials, molding and quality checks in one clear workflow, so project details are not lost between suppliers.

Injection Mold Manufacturing
Tooling planned around steel, cooling, cavity layout, ejection, part appearance and mold-life requirements.

Plastic Injection Molding
From trial samples and low-volume runs to repeat production, with material and process support for custom parts.

Quality Control and Export Support
First-article, in-process and final checks, plus packing preparation for overseas shipment.
Injection Molded Components for an Adjustable Clamp Assembly
This project involved a set of related custom injection molding parts designed to fit together around a split central body. The practical work focused on assembly fit, curved contact profiles, reliable mold release, and repeatability from initial sampling through production. While this adjustable clamp assembly used custom injection molding, the same attention to part integration, dimensional control, and manufacturability can also support suitable metal injection molding applications.
- Part type: Multi-part adjustable clamp assembly
- Scope: Mold tooling, sampling and injection molding production
- Key focus: Mating features, assembly fit and visible surface quality

Useful Proof Before You Commit to a Supplier
A custom molding project needs more than a price. We can discuss tooling plans, material options, trial feedback, inspection points and packing details against your actual drawings.
See the People and Production Behind Your Project
Visitors can walk through our injection molding workshop and discuss drawings, tooling progress, quality checks and project requirements with our team.
Visits are arranged by appointment so we can prepare the relevant production area and engineering discussion.

Workshop Visit
Reviewing the injection molding production area with our team.

Factory Meeting
Discussing production details directly on the shop floor.
PC Electronics Enclosure with Integrated Hinge
A two-piece PC enclosure made for an electronic product, with approximately 100,000 pieces planned for production. The important work was keeping the housing fit, hinge strength and key dimensions consistent through repeat production.
- Material: Polycarbonate (PC)
- Production volume: Approx. 100,000 pcs
- Project focus: Assembly accuracy, hinge performance, strength and delivery timing
- Confidentiality: Project files are handled confidentially. NDA available on request.
From RFQ to Approved Parts
Clear steps reduce uncertainty for engineering and purchasing teams.
01
RFQ Review
We check drawings, material, quantity, application and critical requirements.
02
DFM and Tooling Plan
Draft, wall thickness, ribs, gates, tolerances and tooling risks are reviewed before manufacture.
03
Trial and Approval
Samples are checked for dimensions, appearance and fit before production moves forward.
04
Production and Packing
Approved process settings, inspection and export packing support repeatable delivery.
Plastic Parts for Demanding Applications
We support functional housings, covers, clips, brackets and molded components where fit, appearance and stable production matter.

Automotive
Interior, under-hood, clips, covers and functional components with repeatability requirements.

Electronics and Appliances
Enclosures, brackets, covers and molded features where assembly fit and surface finish matter.

Medical and Industrial
Clean appearance, burr control, inspection records and packaging review for project requirements.
Engineering Information Stays with the Project
Your drawings and project files are treated as confidential and used only to evaluate your RFQ. An NDA is available on request. Our team can also discuss material documents, first-article records and final inspection needs before production.
- Incoming material review and first-article checks
- In-process and final appearance and dimensional inspection
- Practical packing plan for molds or molded parts
- Project communication based on the information you provide

Before You Send a Drawing
What files are useful for a quotation?
STEP, STP, IGES, X_T and SLDPRT files are preferred. 2D drawings, PDFs, product photos, material, quantity and target lead time also help.
Can you review a part before mold manufacturing?
Yes. We can discuss DFM topics such as wall thickness, draft, ribs, gates, undercuts, cosmetic surfaces and assembly risks.
How quickly will you reply?
Our engineering team replies within 12 working hours after receiving enough project information to begin review.
Can you support US, German and UK buyers?
Yes. We support overseas projects with export molds or molded parts, project communication, inspection and export packing.
Upload Drawings for a Manufacturing Quote
Include your 3D file, drawing, material, finish, tolerance, quantity and application when available. A sample, sketch or product photo is also useful for an early discussion.
Response time: Our engineering team replies within 12 working hours.
