How an Injection Molding Project Moves Forward
The project route is planned around the actual part, material, quantity, critical requirements and intended production stage.
We check 3D/2D files, application, material, tolerance and expected quantity.
Draft, wall thickness, ribs, undercuts, gates and appearance risks are reviewed.
Mold steel, cavity count, runner type, texture and mold life target are discussed.
CNC, EDM, polishing, fitting and assembly are controlled through the mold build.
Trial samples are checked for dimensions, function, appearance and process stability.

Injection Molding Project Process FAQ
What files should I send for quotation?
STEP, STP, IGES, X_T or SLDPRT files are preferred. PDF, DWG, DXF and product photos help us understand tolerances, surfaces and assembly requirements.
When can DFM analysis be planned?
DFM analysis is normally planned within 1–3 working days after complete project information is received. The review helps identify the information that should be confirmed before tooling and production move forward.
What production planning range can be considered?
Our production planning range includes 50T–350T injection machines and tooling support for 1–32 cavity molds. Final planning depends on the part, material and expected output.
