How We Handle RFQ Files and Project Information

When you send Yuming Molding a CAD file, drawing, material specification, sample photo or other RFQ information, we use it to review your project and prepare a practical quotation or production discussion.

How project files are used

Project files and specifications are used for RFQ review, DFM discussion, material and tooling planning, sample or production communication, quality planning and shipment preparation. They are not used for unrelated marketing.

Who can access the information

Access is limited to the team members who need the information for the project, such as sales, engineering, quality and production personnel. We share project information internally only when it is relevant to the quotation, technical review or order execution.

NDA and confidential projects

If your project requires a non-disclosure agreement, please tell us before sending detailed technical information. We can review and sign an NDA before substantive project discussion, subject to agreement between both parties.

File retention and deletion requests

We keep RFQ files only for as long as they are needed for quotation follow-up, project communication or order support. If you would like us to delete files or contact information that is no longer needed for an active project, email us with the project reference and your request.

Information collected through the RFQ form

The RFQ form may collect contact details, project requirements and uploaded files. This information is used to respond to your inquiry and manage the requested project discussion. Please do not upload information that you are not authorized to share.
