The more complete your project information is, the more practical our quotation can be. If you only have an early design, send what you have and we can discuss DFM risks first.
Recommended Files and Details
- 3D files: STEP, STP, IGES, X_T or SLDPRT
- 2D drawings: PDF, DWG or DXF with tolerances and critical dimensions
- Material requirement: ABS, PP, PC, PA, POM, TPU, TPE, PMMA, PC/ABS or specified grade
- Surface finish: texture, polishing, color, visible surface and cosmetic standard
- Estimated quantity: prototype, low-volume, bridge production or mass production
- Mold requirement: mold life, cavity number, mold steel and whether the mold will be exported
